Processing Time
As you know, you are buying from an online small shop. Behind the scene everything is handmade by me Laura BARTH. Which means that every bandana/accessoiries are made to order. Please allow me some grace and understand that the average time will be between 1 to 3 weeks from making your order to shipping it. I am currently working really hard to cut that time in half. Please note that the processing time does not include shipping time.
Refund - Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept refunds or returns due to the fact that our items are handmade based on your specific needs ! Refer to the sizing chart under “Size Guide” to prevent mistakes. We may exchange your item if you receive damaged products. Please email us barthandbarks@gmail.com with photos and a detailed explanation. If you accept the exchange, know that the cost of shipping to send it back to us will be your responsibility. However, shipping cost to send your new item back to you will be FREE.
Shipping Policy
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when finalising your order. If a mistake has been made, send us immediately an email at barthandbarks@gmail.com. We can rectify the address for you before sending it out your way. Please take note that once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for any damage or loss. Lastly, please understand that we do rely on the mail service to deliver your package in time and that some delays may occur during holidays, special weather conditions or other circumstances.
Disclaimer
Please understand that each creation is as unique as your pup is. This means that our items may slightly vary in regards of color pattern placement, shape and size.
Warning : Our products are NOT PET PROOF. They can be torn and chewed up by your fur friend. Barth & Barks is not responsible for this kind of damage. We recommend not to leave your pets unattended wearing our items as they could be a chocking hazard. Barth & Barks is not responsible for any misuse/damage caused by misuse.
